Prescient, Just for the Wrong Country

Interesting. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, a writer for France's "Liberation" commented:

Katrina has revealed America's weaknesses: its racial divisions, the poverty of those left behind by its society, and especially its president's lack of leadership.

I wonder what the writer has to say about the revelations being spawned by the increasingly widespread and vicious riots taking place in the suburbs of Paris?
