Obviously a Joke
Clearly worried that her single-minded obsession with becoming America's first female president is off-putting to a significant portion of American voters, "friends" of Hillary Clinton are insisting that she may simply decline to run for the highest office in the land.
Yeah. Right. It's not like Hillary won't do what it takes to make the impression she wants to make -- remember that picture of her with President Clinton dancing together in their swimming suits? A woman who will do that isn't going to have a second thought about putting friends up to dropping hints about her possible reluctance to go for the gusto -- if she thinks that an image of reluctance will ultimately help her candidacy.
There's no reason to believe that the Clintons or their circle have given up on their dreams of "eight years for Bill, eight years for Hillary." The truth is that Hillary Clinton is about as willing to let go of her Oval Office dreams as a drowning person is to surrender a life preserver.

Clearly worried that a portion of her own people are giving her a hard time, ala Joe Lieberman, due to her support for going to Iraq, Hllary and her people are appearing reluctant rather than suffer a more public rejection by her own party.
