Don't Be Misled

Over at the Drudge Report, one of the headlines blares that "Conservative Group Opposes Miers."

Well, that "conservative group" is Public Advocate. This Public Advocate -- highly entertaining, as I noted here, but also often wrong.

Many of us are reeling this morning . . . but we need to try to avoid succumbing to the eat-your-own hysteria that can be plenty destructive, especially on the part of those who -- like Public Advocate -- are willing to fan those flames for their own purposes.
