Where is the Chaos?

There was supposed to be widespread bloodshed if a Saddam Hussein death verdict came in. So how come there's little more than dancing in the streets of Iraq?

It's worth keeping in mind: If the cut 'n run Democrats had been in charge here, well, Saddam would still be in charge Iraq.
