. . . And the Sky is Blue
Can you believe it??! The Supreme Court nominee of President Bush -- a conservative -- is opposed to abortion! And he once defended school prayer!
How amazing. Not.
It's just another sign that the press corps is endemically left that such run-of-the-mill facts are treated as "revelations" that are somehow newsworthy and/or "shocking."
Frankly, it would be "shocking" if Judge Roberts didn't hold such views.

From listening to you on Hugh's show, and reading your writings, I'm quite sure you find Michael Savage deplorable.......But he does have it correct about these Liberals.
"Liberalism is a Mental Disorder"
Of course, the Adminstration could choose to release the opinions Judge Roberts wrote in the role of Solicitor in the previous Bush administration. Then the Senate, the press, and the American public would have access to the same information the President had when he nominated Judge Roberts.
Why won't the Administration release Judge Roberts' written record? What are they hiding?
I agree with everything lbrosky said.
If all the documents would show is that Judge Roberts is a conservative jurist who believes in Mom, baseball and apple pie then there is no reason for the Bush administration not to release them. All of which brings us back to the two simple questions I asked earlier...
