AHMADINEJAD Gives Oliver Stone Thumbs Up to Film Him!!

Film director Oliver Stone, who has compared President Bush to Ahmadinejad, was not taking "no" for an answer this time.
Director Stone reached out again to genocide-promoter Mahmoud Ahmadinejad last week to film his life story.
Fars News just reported that Iranian President Ahmadinejad has given Oliver Stone approval to film his biography:

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has expressed his approval of acclaimed director Oliver Stone's plans to make a film about him.This was probably the kicker that pushed Mahmoud over the top:
"I have no objection, generally speaking, but they have to let me know what are the frameworks. They should talk to my colleagues. Principally speaking, I have no objection," President Ahmadinejad told reporters during a press conference here in Tehran on Tuesday.
"Stone’s publicist referred to the bad image that the U.S. media has given to Islam and Islamic countries and said that the documentary could assist in countering such negative propaganda.”IANS has more on Mahmoud's decision.

Why is this even worthy of mention? Mr. Stone has a penchant for off-the-wall material. He has done a few good movies, and a lot of really weird ones. What's wrong with his eccentricity? I don't begrudge the people who are spending $15 million in ads to support the war in Iraq -- that's what the First Amendment is all about. Sure, the movie will probably be crap -- but nobody's requiring you to watch it.
Why should any patriotic American begrudge any other American's exercise of his First Amendment rights?
Personally, I "begrudge" anyone who eagerly seeks to make such stupid comparisons as does Stone, and then to just as eagerly seek to create a propaganda film that will influence some, and validate others of equal stupidity. At the least he's a complete idiot (which isn't news), but at worst a seditionist.
A seditionist? For exercising his First Amendment rights to express himself? Methinks thou dost sling that term around irresponsibly. The fact that you disagree with his opinions does not make him a seditionist.
