Moore knows exactly what the "real" health care system is like in Cuba. His real mission is to enrich himself by attacking America and its values, something there will always be a market for both here and abroad.
The title of his new movie is more a reflection of himself than it is of America's health care system.

I prefer to use statistics rather than pictures.
Looking at pictures is for kids. Looking at statistics is for adults.
And, statistically, American health care is pretty bad.
O'Reilley was just talking about this subject on tonight's show, OSO. He mentioned that the USofA ranks higher than Cuba for healthcare. Why don't you go to the site to which Carol linked and read it. Cuba is a cesspool.
OSO, it's much easier to manipulate statistics than photoshop a picture.
Pictures interfere with the "See No Evil" aspect of the liberal mantra to communism. It's similar to the left's aversion to facts and common sense. It's much easier to placate themselves with hyperbole and delusional celebrity worship.
