Charles Krauthammer points out a little noticed but deeply pernicious provision of the immigration bill -- the elimination of the EB-1 visa, which (until now, if the bill passes) has allowed foreigners of exceptional talent (as examples, Krauthammer references Albert Einstein and violinist Mstislav Rostopovich).
