Not Caring for Their Flock
The vocally left Episcopal priesthood in the United States has done an appalling job of ministering to the traditionalists in their midst. For the past several years, I myself have been essentially churchless, given that my church has been (and will be, until June) under the control of a rector who vocally expresses convictions including both that 9/11 was essentially Rush Limbaugh's fault, and that Israel is the only real troublemaker in the Middle East.
What's even more shameful is that when the larger Anglican Communion tries to address the spiritual needs of traditionalist Episcopalians, the Episcopal Church of the USA steps in to thwart its efforts, using maneuvers including leaks to The New York Times.

Carol,
You are never churchless, you are the church.
I shifted from being Anglican (Episcopalian) to being Presbyterian. In a post-denominational world, many other Christians do the same.
Carol,
Since we attend the same said parish, all I can tell you is that if you think that is all that is wrong with our rector, believe me there is so much more. Also, I heard on Fox News this morning that the former New Jersey governor, Jim McGreevey, yes the same one that came out of the closet when caught having an affair with a male state employee is going through the "discernment" process to become an Episcopal priest. I am sure he will be on the fast track to that!
