Townhall Column

My column discusses the extent to which American toleration of Rosie O'Donnell's crassness is a sad comment on our collective standards of decorum.

Great column! Our culture has definitely sunk when the likes of a Rosie O'Donnell can spew the garbage she does in public and be given glowing reviews. Unfortunately there are many like her, and they call this "free speech". It's childishness personified. What she does in a standup routine at some comedy club is bad enough, but at least the audience paid to hear it. I doubt those 17 yr old girls benefit by exposure to Rosie's filth. She proves she is without class, honor, dignity or any of the attributes of a lady. But we already knew this.
