Repudiation of Establishment Clause Radicalism

Ed Whelan points out, quite rightly, that had the extremist views of Ford nominee Justice Stevens on the Establishment Clause prevailed, President Ford's beautiful and quite moving service at the National Cathedral would have been impossible.
