Here's the best way to defeat the craven caucus and the chorus of defeatists who -- in contravention of General Petraeus' expressed wishes and best judgment -- are considering a non-binding resolution opposing the troop surge.

The surge will take place whether or not there is a Resolution. The troops will do their utmost whether or not there is a resolution.
Let's those with no stomach for the fight make themselves know and let events prove the rightness and courage of their actions.
