Making the Case for Democracy

Justice Anthony Kennedy has announced that the US has not been making the case for democracy effectively for the half of the world where the "jury's still out" about democracy's merits.

Might one respectfully suggest that, rather than lecturing, the Justice could help set the example by restraining himself when he next feels the urge (as he did here and here) to substitute his own ideas and beliefs for the legislative decisions reached by the people's representatives in a democratic republic?
