As Krauthammer points out, Israel withdrew completely from Gaza in 2005 and from Lebanon in 2000. This is the thanks they get -- war launched from both.
Only the wilfully ignorant or the blind can't understand what's going on, which is another bid for the outright elimination of Israel. Here, the Palestinian prime minister referes to Israel as a "supposedly 'legitimate' state" and here, where Iran's prime minister finally called for "wiping Israel off the map" in terms so unambiguous that even someone like Barbara Boxer could understand them.
I don't have any admiration for either the Palestinian or Iranian leaders. But let's at least offer them the grudging respect of admitting that they're sentient beings, they're grownups and they mean what they say -- and then responding accordingly.

I don't think we need to exterminate entire peoples. But I do think we need to lay down the kid gloves and overwhelming defeat entire regimes.
Historically, that's the only way long lasting hostilities have been resolved. One side has to win convincingly - to the point the other side surrenders unconditionally.

Israel gave the Pali's' everything tnhat wanted, time after time, They gave back southern lebanon, Southern Lebanon became a missle base. They gave them back the Gaza - which was once EGYPT. The Pali's destroyed evrything of value that was left and built a base for their rockets and tunnels to sneak across the borders.
What you see is Isreal saying 'Shoin Ganuk" (Yiddish for Enough already).
If you think that this front is not related to Iraq or The Spain bombings or the paris riots or the nightclub bombings in Bali - you're living in a fools paradise.
The Islamofascists have a simple concept - the world living under Sharia law.
This is a fight that we all have to gete involved in.
