A Silver Lining?

George Allen's people can't be thrilled to hear that the senator will be facing James Webb in his US Senate re-election campaign.

But, to find a silver lining, the experience may do Allen good. He needs to sharpen up his stump speaking and campaigning skills -- and the upcoming bout with Webb may help him do what he needs to in order to be ready for a presidential campaign. Frankly, he could use the practice.
