Good For Bolton

It's been long too long that the UN has been able to mistreat, disparage and ridicule the United States without result. Good for Josh Bolton for telling the UN that we will withhold funding if an apology isn't forthcoming for the arrogant and condescending remarks made by Kofi Annan's #2 several days ago.

'Bout time some consequences follow UN behavior.

I think you mean John Bolton. Josh Bolton is White House COS. John Bolton is the UN ambassador. Two distinct junkyard dogs.

What mess has Bolten caused?

I'm all for the U.S. Ambassador standing up for U.S. interests. What else should he be doing?

There is a psychological behaviour called "projection" - it basically means you project what is bad about yourself onto the object you are attacking.

It's the other way around - the US has been mistreating, disparaging and ridiculing the United Nations... and by connection the rest of the world.

One thing is certain, there's more chance that the United States will invade some country in the world as part of some high up conspiracy than it is for the UN to invade America.

Personally I am hoping that the UN will kick the US out.

Imagine a trade embargo on the US. That'd be fun.

And you "righties" are the same as well, getting madder and madder as you see the wrong side of history coming your way. Go ahead and burst that blood vessel already.

And salient, being so effing ugly I would have thought God would have granted you some sense. Guess not.

LOL! That genuinely made me laugh!

You mean trying to break up the status quo?

The UN has been a mess for years. Bolton's the one trying to shine a little light on what's been going on in that den of corruption.

Frankly I wouldn't feel hurt if Bush didn't nominate anyone to take over for Bolton when the time comes.
