Bin Laden's 'truce' should be seen for what it is: Utter Propaganda. When he says "It was not my intention to talk to you about this, because those wars are definitely going our way", the first thing I thought was that he must've hired Baghdad Bob as his speechwriter.
On a more serious note, I'm kinda curious about that sentence. Is he ignoring the fact that the insurgents are now fighting the terrorists or is it that this tape was made before the elections? I think a legitimate case could be made for both.
