More on Potential Episcopal Schism

According to this report, Episcopal traditionalists are meeting in Pittsburgh. Supposedly, those in attendance represent 200,000 Episcopal parishoners -- but the fact is that they represent many more, including those who, like me, support orthodox doctrine but can't find an Episcopal Church that reflects their views.

I hear there's lots of orthodoxy just over the Tiber. Come on in. The water's fine!

With all due respect to our Catholic brethren, those of more evangelical convictions might look into the Reformed Episcopal Church. St. Luke's is a bit of a drive, but we have had people commuting from as far away as Santa Clarita. We have advertised on Hugh Hewitt's show (and on sister station KKLA) if that tells you anything about our demographic and political leanings. I don't want to turn this into an ad for the church, but watching ECUSA implode is a bit frustrating while traditional voices are struggling to be heard.
