Shameful Michael Jackson Jury Misconduct
Read about it here. In my view, the jury system is a little bit like democracy: To paraphrase Winston Churchill, it's the worst sytem there is -- except for all the others.
But like democracy, to be effective, a jury system requires a modicum of intelligence and honesty. Sounds like the Jackson jury had neither. Hope all those jurors sleep well at night, thinking about all the little boys (past and future) that they let down.

Carol - I agree with you. This is unacceptable.
Being the lawyer, do you know if the State of CA or SB County can sue these jurors over their apparent lack of duty to the jury process?
Can the case be tossed out? Can the case be retried? Can the State or County sue to recoup monies used to try this case?
Personally, I think these jurors should be locked up somewhere. What they did destroys the trust in our judicial system. What they did was waste millions of taxpayer dollars.
