Boo-freakin-hoo. The Bushies constantly tell us the world changed post 9-11 yet, they've spent much of Bush's presidency saying but Clinton this and but Clinton that. Essentially refusing any responsibility for that past six and a half years of failures on all fronts.

It was Bush who thought NPT was quaint, an old rusting tool and therefore reneged on all such treaties.

White House (Bush) 2001: "Today, I have given formal notice to Russia, in accordance with the treaty, that the United States of America is withdrawing from this almost 30 year old treaty. I have concluded the ABM treaty hinders our government's ability to develop ways to protect our people from future terrorist or rogue state missile attacks."

Based on Hillary's comments on the surge in Iraq, her husdand' foreign policy was an abject failure!

Three months after the surge became fully functional, Hillary Clinton says, "The surge was designed to give the Iraqi government time to take steps to ensure a political solution to the situation. It has failed to do so."

Duane Patterson (radioblogger) puts it like this:

"...did that whole Bosnia thing get turned around in three months after U.S. forces were sent by Bill Clinton?"
