The Right Decision
The Supreme Court has ruled that it won't hear detainees' cases. Good news -- it will, quite rightly, keep terrorists' litigation out of US civilian courts.

You're jumping the gun. The justices signaled they may eventually hear the cases.
But not now, thus upholding the Administration's position!

They did not rule or even hear the cases. They are waiting for them to work through the legal system.
