When you use racial classifications to decide who gets to go to what school, that's unconstitutional, in my view -- whatever the NY Times thinks.

Carol before Brown v. Board of Education some people were denied their rights now a new set of "rights" have been invented that means the reverse of what Brown v. Board of Education was meant to stop.
