Fox News is saying that the St. Louis City and Kansas City votes haven't come in yet. That's not consistent with my experience in the past, when a fair number of Dem votes came in early. We'll have to see.

In any case, I've heard that city turnout was about normal for an off-year; Fox News has just said it was heavy.
