Losing the Muslim "Street"

Given the left-wing preoccupation with the opinions of the Arab "street," shouldn't it be good news that a leading British think tank is reporting that US-led anti-terrorism efforts have undermined support for Al Qaeda on the Muslim "street"?

What it means (if one dare whisper it!) is that the US is indeed making progress in the war on terror.

Don't expect to hear much about it, though. The MSM technique in the months running up to the November elections will be to play up all bad news and treat Democratic victory as a fait accompli.
