One For the Good Guys

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals has held that prosecutors can, indeed, subpoena the phone records of two New York Times reporters.

How ironic that The New York Times -- an organization that prides itself on its dedication to the principles of a completely free press -- is, through its abuse of that freedom, turning out to be the very vehicle through which the specious theory of a special "journalistic privilege" is quite rightly being repudiated.

Perhaps not so much irony as poetic justice?

that's what causes most of the crappy laws in America, someone pushing the envelope a bit too far, then everyone suffers. Tough, get over it NYT - there are soldiers dying because of the MSMs and leftwing moonbats willingness to support the terrorists.

Used to pride itself...

I thought I just posted on the topic of outrageous becoming normal.

Like Israel becoming tired of rockets being launched on their people as normal, more and more folks are ready to repudiate.

Let Hamas and Hezbollah make their case that sending suicide bombers to kill innocents is normal social interaction.

Its not!
