I'll do it if I can find the picture. As to The White House's former occupant, I just can't go there with you. Eww. I saw him in jogging shorts on the Mall during an early morning run in spring of 1994 -- trust me on this one.
Anyway, Hugh Grant in the Bridget Jones movies is the only person I know who can engage in sleazy male behavior and still look good doing it.
