How 'Bout Some Accountability?
Ronald Rotunda supports the modest reform of establishing an Inspector General for the judiciary.
And, indeed, it sounds like a fine idea. Why not some accountability?

Sounds fishy to me.
Should we consolidate power into even fewer hands (recommend changes in law, etc.)?
And why should we let Congress off the hook - again - by excusing their lack of fortitude in exercising their already constitutional authority over the courts?
I recommend caution when it comes to changing the way the government works. Why not stick with the current system?
When the people truly want to change the direction of the judiciary it will happen.
