Turning on the Times
Some patriotic New Yorkers protested at The New York Times yesterday. "Freedom of speech doesn't mean you can aid the enemy in a time of war," one said. (HT for photo: Lucianne.com).

"Remember: The one use Republicans have for government is as a cash machine."
Its secondary use is as enforcer of (parts of) the Old Testament as a favor for those whose votes allow the cash machine to keep running but don't get to use it.
cash machine! hahaha...you guys crack me up! That's why you hate tax CUTS. Because they are only for the wealthy! Like Dean, Gore, and Clinton.
And that Clinton guy? Why did he need cash from Communist China? And Enron! Yeah, that all started during Clinton's reign of deceit.
Hillary has Cashed in okay with her politics as well.
yuk yuk
Worship Clinton at your own peril.
One of the icons of that era for me was the sight of a big burly bumpkin in his dooley pickup truck that, in addition to all the usual anti-Clinton bumper stickers, had one that said, "Where's Lee Harvey Oswald when you need him?"
Typical. At least where I live.
Then they get the vapors when we criticize Our Great Leader. 'How can you hate America?!!!, blah blah blah...'
I would rather have Clinton's toenail clippings for a president than the current occupant.
Correction:
Republicans are the party of tax increases and Democrats are the party of tax cuts.
Yep. That's right.
Republicans CUT TAX RATES, thereby stimulating the economy to be more productive and actually INCREASE TAX REVENUE.
Democrats, on the other hand, RAISE TAX RATES, thereby stifling the economy and actually REDUCING TAX REVENUE.
