Hezbollah's Handy Tours
Here is a piece noting that, when CNN's Nic Robertson has been on Hezbollah tours in Lebanon, he has reported Hezbollah's assertions about civilian targetting without making it clear that he has had no way to verify Hezbollah's claims -- or even noting that all the reporting is being done under Hezbollah control.
In the wake of admissions from other CNN personnel about reporting on Saddam's atrocities, this is unfortunate -- especially for the honorable and hard-working journalists and leaders who have been part of the network over its history.

Please forgive the plug, but I blogged about this last Thursday:

If you happen to check out the link, please forgive the tone. I'm still trying to find my voice as a blogger.
By the way, how do I make the above actually work like a link in these comments?
Jill,
Perhaps I'm missing something. But what, exactly, does your post have to do with CNN admitting that they are mouth pieces for tyrants and terrorists?
Gladly Jill.
It's official. CoPioneer is the man! He taught me how to put links in my comments.
Thanks CoPioneer!
Here's what I was trying to link to above.
Who would've thought at the time that Hezbollah would gain access to their government? Leave it to you to run with the 20/20 hindsight strategy.
And we should put more stock in Israeli proganda because, unlike Hezbollah, they don't target civilians and they don't profess a desire to wipe out Lebanese, Iranians, Palestinians or anyone else for that matter beyond murderers like Hezbollah and Hamas. Good enough for ya?
I heard a greatg comparison in one of the news channels.
If tomorrow if Hezbollah was disarmed, There's be peace. If tomorrow the Israelis were disarmed, they would be annihilated by Hezbolah. Israel is an open society with a very active left wing.
I think the Israeli side is more dependable.
Bush was cheering Lebanon's new democracy.
And he was right to do so. Lebanon's Democratically elected government could use a hand in kicking Hezb-Allah to the curb. I wouldn't be adverse to offering them that kind of help.
