"Alice-in-Jihadland"

With his customary wit and style, the amazing Mark Steyn tells you everything you need to know -- both about the flawed reasoning behind the Hamdan ruling itself, and the Supreme Court's liberal jurisprudence in general. Here's just one toothsome little sample:

The same kind of inspired jurisprudence conjuring trick that detected in the emanations of the penumbra how the Framers of the U..S Constitution cannily anticipated a need for partial-birth abortion and gay marriage has now effectively found a right to jihad -- or, if you're a female suicide bomber about to board an Israeli bus, a woman's right to Jews.

George W. Bush beleives the terrorists hate us because of our freedom. His answer? Get rid of our freedoms.

Who says Republicans don't have a plan to win the Global War on Terror?

I was going to hammer Ditto again on his shady statistics.

But now I don't have to.

Thanks Jeremiah. I could not have made my point better or with 10.297% of the wit!

Wow, MA jumps right in with his specious best. Thanks for posting Marshall, evertime I see your name I realize we are in for a special craptacular feast.

(Yes, my post is contentless, but then again MA has yet to put forward any meanigful content in any of his posts.)

Pete asks, "Like you have, twisted?"

And now one of the lesser lights joins in to prove that being craptacular is a general feature of Carol's Republican readers, and not limited to such luminaries as Greg the Ignorant and Marshall Art the Specious.

To answer the question--yes, Pete, I have. You can look at my responses to Carol's post about the Rumsfeld driveway pictures. I was the first to point out that 1) the Clinton's had a similar story done about them, 2) That Rumsfeld approved th use of the photos in questions, and 3) that the Secret Service reviewed the pictures and found no security concerns with publishing them.

All three points completely on-point content that thoroughly eviscerated Carol's NY Times witch hunt point of view.

As a side benefit, I am also providing completely on point content in this point, which just proves both that Petey's snide question was baseless and that Petey is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Correction to my claim above. Item #3 in the Rummy Driveway thread was posted first by others. I apologize to those I inadvertantly slighted.
