Why did FDR fight the Germans and Japanese and not retreat? Why did Truman fight the North Koreans that is Stalin and Mao?
I tend to think the administration has let up. That makes it hard for the next administration to follow through with the policy concerning Iran, Syria, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, etc.
