The "Book of Bigotry"

Here's a piece on NBC's decision to air "The Book of Daniel" -- a program that sounds deeply offensive to people of faith. I intend to tape or watch it when it airs on Friday night, in the interest of fairness.

But the statement emanating from NBC hardly inspires confidence. It makes reference to an "Episcopalian priest." Note to NBC: "Episcopalian" is a noun. I am an Episcopalian. "Episcopal" is the adjective. The program is about an Episcopal priest.

If they're that sloppy about the little stuff, it doesn't give much reason for optimism about how they'll handle the big issues.

Sounds like there needs to be a TV program on the problems of a gay couple. Or maybe TV program on ethnic tension between Asian and Black neighbours? No! Maybe seen as offensive?

Here we go again. I have watched the commercials and have been, so far, very offended. I think it is ironic that they choose and EPISCOPAL priest as the main charecter. The left loves the left-wing leadership in the EPISCOPAL Church. It does not look promising
