Our Black-Robed Masters

A refreshingly brisk take on the regrettable phenomenon of judicial activism is found here. It refers to Mark Levin's book "Men in Black" (about the judiciary). Last night, on Hannity and Colmes, Levin's analysis of the importance of strict construction of the Constitution was both compelling and accessible.

Let's hope (and I believe) that President Bush's Supreme Court nominee will, in fact, be a strict constructionist.
